Caroline Fabrigas

I'm a native of the U.K., who arrived in the USA in the early 80s. Since then, I've been honored to work for many well-known beauty companies in a variety of roles, from regional to international positions across disciplines. I've been fortunate to have a variety of industry experience in brand strategy, marketing, product development, education and training, sales, operations, finance, and general management.

For the past eight years, I've been the CEO of Scent Marketing Inc., a full-service scent and sensory marketing company which I inherited after the sad loss of my late husband and Scent Marketing Pioneer, Harald H. Vogt. We are proud to have become a leading authority in the art and science of scent marketing and branding.

Because of my great passion for beauty and scent innovation, I've also co-founded ScentInvent Technologies LLC., a scent innovation firm dedicated to introducing new forms, function, and fantasy in fragrance for B2B and B2C with the introduction of SpartiScents launching late spring 2020.

While building my collection of scent related business, I started and have maintained an active beauty consulting practice called BeautyFluence LLC.  I've been so fortunate to have provided marketing advisory services to established brands as well as start-up brands such as FARMACY, (co-creator /CMO) VERSED, (product development), SOBEL SKIN Rx, (acting general Manager), PROJECT WOO (product development), and DR. HIRMAND and ORVOS SCIENTIFIC SKINCARE (currently under development).
